Our Aged Tangerine Puerh is made with aged Yunnan royal puerh and 5 years-aged tangerine from Meijiang, Xinhui. Tangerine peel is “cold” in nature which perfectly match with puerh tea. Ripe puerh tea is mild and “warm” in nature, which strengthens the spleen and nourishes the stomach. The citrus from the fruit and woody taste from the puerh tea complement each other very well, which creates a mellow and sweet aftertaste.

Aged Tangerine Puerh | 小青柑陳皮普洱

Our Aged Tangerine Puerh is made with aged Yunnan royal puerh and 5 years-aged tangerine from Meijiang, Xinhui.

Aged tangerine peel is a signature product of Xinhui, Guangdong, China. It has a high medicinal value and has a soothing effect on the respiratory tract and helps to relieve flatulence. Yunnan royal puerh is a high grade ripe puerh tea, mainly made from young tea buds, which gives a sweet and mellow flavor. Tangerine peel is “cold” in nature which perfectly match with puerh tea. Ripe puerh tea is mild and “warm” in nature, which strengthens the spleen and nourishes the stomach. This balance the stimulation of the tangerine peel and add to its benefits.

Small green tangerine is harvested before it is fully ripened. The citrus fruit is then carefully separate from its peel on the tip of the tangerine. Puerh tea is then filled in the dried tangerine peel and aged. The sweetness and fragrance of the tangerine makes it easy for puerh tea to absorb its natural oil, while providing its own mellow flavor. Each of them is made from the best raw materials, bringing their own health benefits and characteristic flavors into full play. The citrus from the fruit and woody taste from the puerh tea complement each other very well, which creates a mellow and sweet aftertaste.

我們的小青柑陳皮普洱用上了雲南宮廷普洱和新會梅江的五年小青柑而製成。

小青柑是中國廣東省新會區的一個標誌性產品。它有很高的藥用價值,對呼吸道有舒緩作用,有助於緩解脹氣。雲南宮廷普洱屬於普洱熟茶,主要由嫩茶芽而製成,口感醇厚、豐富平滑。因小青柑的性質是“冷”,這與普洱茶相當匹配。普洱熟茶性質溫和,具有“溫”的特性,可以健脾養胃。這緩衝了小青柑的刺激,並充份發揮它的功效。

小青柑在完全成熟之前就會被收割,果肉會在果皮尖上人手分離,然後將普洱茶葉填充在曬乾了的小青柑果皮内並進行陳化。小青柑的柑橘甜果香味與普洱茶的木質味非常互補,令普洱茶充份吸收其天然精油和揮發物,形成了醇厚甘甜的風味。我們的小青柑陳皮普洱都是用上了最好的原材料而製成,充份發揮它的健康益處和特色風味。
